Only worth tracking if we can track the number of digital downloads and/or the revenue generated. Both of these are difficult for VGChartz to do and are done already by developers/publishers (so there's no need for another third party to get involved).
Also, if we track iPhone, we should also start tracking Android/Play Store downloads.
