I would say for 40 bucks it is a buy, it is just so much fun. I am not a big soccer fan, but I have enjoyed a few FIFA games in the past, but I could tell this game was gonna be awsome just by the word about the Wii controls.
I have never played PES before today either, just if you were wondering. In NA, FIFA is the main soccer game. Hopefully this will propel PES to the top of American soccer gaming.

Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
