Nintendo didnt consult any 3rd party developer early in cafes development. Furthermore the gamecube will be used as "proof" that hardware and software parity arent enough for nintendo to do well.
I think all of that is BS and if Nintendo had tried to position the WiiU like the PSOne (hardcore + casual friendly, third party support, not the most powerful but powerful enough (clearly better than last gen, no optimisation, lazy dev BS)) they would have done really well. Alas
I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.
The NX will be a 900p machine
