This thread is wholly inspired by my frantic acquisition of a number of games this week (14-21 march) thanks to realising i had a bit more money than i thought.
So after realising i had some extra sterling lying around i decided to splurge on a load of new games for my wii, starting last friday i purchased fire emblem then on wednesday i bought monkey ball banana blitz, no more heroes and ghost squad and today i bought sega superstar tennis and battalion wars.
I absolutely adore fire emblem and have become thouroughly addicted to it ( i stayed up till 4 30 am on tuesday playing it). I was very disapointed with monkey ball owing to the terrible controls but with it being a 3rd party launch game it's understandable. Ghost squad is exactly what i expected and is awesome for short bursts of adrenalin raising play.
no more heroes gets a paragraph to itself although i'm only going to use one word to describe it............ phenomenal
so far i haven't had chance to play sst or bw2 yet so i can't comment on them thus far.
So as the thread title says what game or games did you buy this week and what do you think of it/them?
nintendo and sega fan since i was old enough to hold a game controller.
note: my games collection on my profile is only 20ish% complete, i've got a boatload of 360,saturn and dreamcast games to add and a few ps3 games, thanks :)
