That's the toughest part of Christianity for me to figure out.

If you really love God, then God would place far above friends or even family. Hard to think about, but heaven is worshipping God for eternity because you truly love Him.

Maybe... but consider this... in the ten commandments God orders you to love your family and friends... and thats a direct order...

Yes and you should even if they don't believe in God. But if it came down to God or your family, like for instance, your family would disown you if you became a Christian, it should be God.

Love God, that's the most important thing, and the rest will fall into place.
