I don't quite get how the ports from steam to Wii U would work... But I don't think 3rd parties would be too thrilled about that, since that would mean paying royalties to Nintendo when they didn't even publish the game for the Wii U. Or if they didn't have to pay royalties, I would guess that Nintendo would be pissed for not getting payed for games that's played on their system...
I kinda like the idea of Nintendo and Valve teaming up, but I don't think it's realistic.... Maybe a merger, but even that is doubtful.
