Your comment makes no difference to the picture that the OP is trying to paint ... You missed the OP's point in this thread. 

How exactly did I? A middle class person can easily afford a decent PC in the US (and other developed countries). And if we're talking solely Argentina... only rich people can afford games, so that's besides the point. And I'm also not going to assume that someone is talking about Argentina considering that most people on this site are from either the US or the UK.
