I liked Uncharted 2 singleplayer most of all, the campaign of U3 was close but 2 is my fav (not by a very big gap).
But the multiplayer in Uncharted 3 was by faaar better than the multi of 2 (imo). Much much more balance and better support. But because I value singleplayer more than multiplayer. Uncharted 2 is the best Uncharted game.
You should play U3 however. It is a blast as well and people who say it's nothing compared to U2 are plain stupid.

See...It's a matter of taste.
(Everybody likes U1 btw, it's just less good tha the other two.Still it's fantastic)
