Making KH 1.5 and 2.5 HD as exclusives makes no sense

Wat? I think its a game by game case of course. I am sure there will be more risk taking with some Xone JRPGS. Persona 5 might be a much bigger budget then Persona arena. (But who knows?)

Maybe you're right, but what's more risky financially? Puting Kingdom Hearts 3 on Xbox One, or puting Kingdom Hearts HD on 360? :P

Like a i said before Square Enix must be hoping that the Xone demographic will be "better" than 360's.Or Microsoft moneyhated Square Enix to broke a possible exclusive deal with sony.This would explain why the PS exclusive FF versus 13 becomes the multiplat FF15.

About KH1.5HD Square Enix probably didn't want to spent too much money on a HD port.So they thought "which is the best platform to release a jrpg?"

360 have a great install base but lack demographic+fanbase;

WiiU have demographic+fanbase but lacks of installbase;

PS3 have the best of both worlds!

Add this with the fact that two of the 3 "games" of the collection were PS2 exclusives and youhave your answer.
