Its actually not that much of a boost. Yeah its over 200k but its not the 108% boost that X1 received. 

Percentages are deceiving. Seems to me like they both got the same boost in pure numbers, or thereabouts. PS4 boost was mostly due to the new inFAMOUS-related PS4 stock coming in though

Yup. I'm sure the X1 boost was because of Titanfall...Nothing due to a 50-100$ price cut lmao. Titan fall was basically given out for free.

Edit - and according to some, people buy consoles just to look at them in their home. Nothing to do with the games. Boosts come from stock, not games! Derp!

The Titanfall boost was before the price drop. 

I hear mostly from PS fans that PS4 doesn't need games to sell since it has all those free games. And then the usual list is given.

Back up your comment please. 1-2 people isn't "mostly" PS4 fans. Your generalizations are hilarious. Good try though bud.

Sorry im on my phone and have no reason to search for quotes. This comes up in Software sales comparisons when X1 sells more than PS4 in US.
