I wouldn't. The game has supposedly been in development since 2006, and we have yet to see as much as an in-engine screenshot; instead, all we have is a bunch of concept art.
I'm predicting they'll pull a Prey and keep developing it until it's finally released on the Wii 2 sometime in 2012.
