The big difference being NIntendo doesn't force you to install games. A 500gb hdd in a PS4 is probably more an issue then a 32gb Wii U. In particular with 3rd party devs releasing incomplete games that require huge patches that conveniently vanish so you are focred to upgrade to their next installment of game.
