The best RPG of last generation?

The Witcher 2, The Witcher 1, Valkyria Chronicles, Dragon Age: Origins, King's Bounty: The Legend, Borderlands 2, Fallout: New Vegas, Gothic 3 and Skyrim. Out of the ones I listed here; I'd choose The Witcher 2 for number one, goes without saying that I'm above average on the hype-meter for the third game in the series.

Also note the lack of Mass Effect; good games but not amazing in my opinion, way too many problems and drawbacks and some were behemoth in size.
