What the title says. I know it may sound petty, but M.O.M. (God, even the acronym is atrocious) is a bastardation of the Metroid franchise, and it's honestly depressing that it has to be considered canon. What's worse is that in its canonization, it directly decanonizes the critically praised Prime series. Sakamoto literally said that he "didn't consider" Prime at all when writing Other M (aka its not canon) and that he personally didn't care for the series.
...The fuck!? Not only should the guy never be allowed to touch the Metroid franchise again, but a new game should be made to replace Metroid M. Other (didn't nothice that one, did you? Embarassing Sakamoto. Truely shameful) in it's place. I don't care if it's a 2D game or a 3D one. Just create an entirely different plot that ends in Adam sacrificing himself to save Samus in a way that isn't retarded an melodramatic.
Just please... Please let us forget this abomination... Then maybe Nintendo won't be too ashamed to celebrate Metroid's 30th anniversary...
And I still can't get over the fact that Smash 4 is using OM's new suit, but Brawl didn't incorperate anthing Prime in it's rendition of Samus.
