5.VanillaWare : For the gorgeous 2D, amazing OST, and dynamic gameplay. Both Odin Sphere and Muramasa are in my top 15.
4.Atlus team : Mostly because of shoji meguro. I could have said persona team but SMT, DDS and devil survivor are all great series too.
3.Maxis : For Simcity. I spent hundred of hours on this serie, and even if both sims and spore are meh IMO, they deserve the place just for this amazing serie.
2.NIS : Replayability, Character design, OST, Gameplay, Storyline, they just do everything right, everytime. They will never make a GOTY, but whatever, they have their fans, and don't need to expand their userbase. They do just fine like this, and can keep going for years.
1.Square : Tetsuya Nomura turned my mere hobby into passion. Kingdom Hearts and TWEWY are both in my top 5, and Square overall is one of the most influencial studio in the industry; from bringing the scenari to another level with FF IV and VI to reviving Tomb Raider, they transformed gaming from a mere kid hobby to the media it is now.
