As for Nintendo, they really needed to get 3rd party support this generation, which they've largely failed to do. 3rd party games tend to be more important than exclusives in the US and UK from what I've seen. Hopefully next-gen they'll make the Fusion 3rd party friendly.

Well, we could very well see a much smaller gap in Japan this gen between Xbox and Nintendo. UK and US will get bigger as well.

It's a longshot but I'm hoping for 3-4m Xbox Ones in Japan. I'm expecting 5-6m Wii U's and 8-10m PS4's. 

No way! Japan home console market is contracting, and MS won't make as much effort there this gen. I expect no more than 1m, no more than 4m for WiiU, and 6/7m for PS4.
