Same. "Free to play" means exactly that. It's free to play the game. It costs you no money to download the game and play it. Just because a game has microtransactions doesn't mean you have to buy those items. And often times, the items that you pay for are stuff you can eventually get if you, you know....play the game a little bit, as opposed to wanting the most powerful gun/sword from the moment you start playing.
Warframe is actually a very good example: every primary, secondary, and melee weapon and every Warframe can be built if you just put some time into the game. Sure, you could spend $15-20 on Platinum in order to get the best guns and best Warframes immediately, but that's your own fault if you don't wanna do what video games are meant for; to be played.
