microsoft.

because they brought the online infrastructure... and Achievements.

Not that I like those games, the pay for online infrastructure, or achievements.

I don't, though I've come around to achievements.

The motion controls of wii are close, but that's heavily dieing now.

Didn't Sega do this with Dreamcast? But I would agree that MS really pushed the online forward a lot so you have a very valid point there.

I'm not really sure which one is the most innovative, perhaps Nintendo. They always try out new things, mostly bad in my opinion though. And we also have the online which MS pushed a lot. The push of BD as a new medium was also great from Sony. And PS Now is something really fresh and new to look forward to, also people seem to like Kinect a lot for all its features. The new Wii U-pad? Hm, maybe. The Wii-motes were of course very cool when they came.

I think all three has been very innovative, or at least innovative enough, but I guess I'd have to say Nintendo.

And I would like to say that I think Nintendo is perhaps too innovative when it comes to their consoles, they push new things too far in my opinion. MS and Sony do it more causiosly and don't take it to extremes. Perhaps Kinect is a bit too pushy, and the Sixaxis thing Sony had. But overall I'd say they do it better. In my opinion.

they did. But it wasn't the behemoth it was on consoles until the Unified Xbox Live.

I would say it pushed it forward much more than being innovative.

Everything though that all 3 companies have done, have been done in the past, to some extent, with varying degrees of success.
IE Gaming online was on PC's a decade prior. The wii wasn't even the first time motion controls was on a nintendo machine
(The Powerglove was done by Mattel for NES in 1989)
