If you deem this particular game too expensive at $20, then you should blame Nordic Games, as they publish it and set its price. They could have offered it for $5, but they chose $20. That's their decision, not Nintendo's. Nintendo decides about games like Paper Mario because they're 1st party games THEY themselves developed/published. Not so for 3rd party games (like Darksiders 2 in this case).

So... what about royalties fees?
