I feel my purchases are more or less safe on PC, whereas on console I feel they're at a big risk in the future. I own a PS3 and several digital games for it, and I doubt Sony is going to be offering them 10-20 years from now, which makes me pretty sad. On the other hand, I'm sure that I'll be able to get my digital PC games then because I've avoided risky digital purchases (ie. I've only bought stuff on GOG and Steam, and I dislike even Steam). Also, PC games are easy to crack to work without activation etc. so I can always play them even without official support if that's the only way.
