Yes, it'll flop... that is, if it doesn't have a wacky, "What's going on?", "What am I doing with my life" kind of name. Like the Wii. You know what? Just follow exactly what Nintendo did with the Wii.
1. Make it all white.
2. Make it as compact as possible (wait...)
3. Have a commercial with a couple Japanese guys who can't completely pronounce the English language
4. Bundle in a game that is aesthetically boring, but "life changing." (For those who are 50+)
5. Continue on with the "We are all such a happy family, look at us play with *insert name*!" commercials.
6. Waggle controls. Put them in there somewhere.
7. Drop support for it as soon as you come up with a seemingly better idea that has the same name as your Virtual Reality device with a vowel added to the end. It's so new!
