The 3000 is your best option thanks to the brighter, more colorful screen than any screen aside from the Go. Don't listen to the haters - the 2000 screen ghosts extremely heavy in 2D games, while the 3000 one holds up just fine. Saying that from experience.
Pro C1 is also quite useless vs Pro B10, considering the latter is more stable with older homebrew, and the former only adds online play (which you don't need).
The only disadvantage of the 3000 vs some, fully hackable 2000's, is that you need to run the hack every time you turn it on or just keep it permanently in sleep mode. But it doesn't take more than 15 secs every time, so it's a perfectly valid option.
