With physical, if you dont like it, atleast you can sell it again.
Even if it is a game you like, but you have finished with it, you can keep trading in physical games, cant do that with digital.

 

edit: I should add that it might bite you in the ass in the future though buying physical. I bought wipeout HD physical then for wipeout on vita, the DLC was cross-platform, but I couldnt get it since my wipeout HD fury was physical. If I bought it from the store, then I could have played it on the vita too.

but the chances of something like that happening are very small and do not outweigh the benefits i mentioned above.

Selling a game you just payed 60$ for for 35$ is not a very good option in my opinion. Atleast with digital you get no tax and (on Playstation) you can play it on 2 different PS3s or 2 differtent PS4s at the same time.

 

I generally buy physical, but I buy digital if I me and my gf will play it together so we can both play it for the price of one.
