, but I guess what you mean is that the lower (white) part of the cup is "hovering" above her skin, while it should be snug around the breasts?
So I stay on topic and don't get banned for discussing bras, I'll post something most people think of when they hear the word "balloon".
It also should be the thread winner because it's the most dangerous one so far, one wrong look at it and you're gonna get hit in the eye
