I have 0 complains on camera, you can rotate it using the shoulder buttons.
Hmmm, why do you want to skip cutscenes? Have you seen any of the cutscenes on youtube? I rather sit and watch it twice.
as for "stealth" mission. I failed at that horribly, but you only have to do it once for bonus items and I really didn't give a damn.
