In a attempt to promote their strengths in effort to mask their lackluster game design, western developers have trained the current industry into the belief that silly/negligible cosmetics are important to enjoying a video game. Now it is coming back to bite them on the ass. You are absolutely right at the amount of developers coming out to justify their resolutions being beyond pathetic , but you know what ... thats their fault. Gotta reap what you sow. Dont feel sorry for them.

Glad I am not the only one who noticed this in the game industry.

Lol, games are amazing right now. Tons of indies to play and quite a few AA and AAA coming over the next year.

Also, only people at lesser resolutions say "it does not matter"
