PS3 will 360 wont.
PS3 will dominate the low end of the market with the advantage of not having to pay for online and the built in blu-ray player.
I also expect Sony to support PS3 longer than MS will support the 360 in terms of games.
edit: btw why dont the PS3 totals match on the home page and on the platform totals page?
