he has no obligation what so ever to say anything about the PS4, he can talk about any console he wants and leave out any other one all the time. 

Why not? Was it top secret info that PS4 was undertracked? Ofcourse he can talk about whatever he wants but. Why omit that info. Doing that he gives the message that PS4 sales here are ~1:1 but Xbone are massively undertracked, implying the Xbone might have outsold the PS4
