Did Sony miss out on a major opportunity with the PS4's limited stock issues?

Haha, no, no they didn't. On a serious note, maybe. The high demand has die off. Sony will probably lose US and UK, but will probably still outsell Xbox one WW for a long, long time.

Not sure why people keep repeating this. Without the year head start MS loses 20% of its lead it had with Ps3. Without the lower price it loses even more. Ps4 beat out MS in 3 out of 4 months while being heavily supply constrained. Im not sure what would cause the drastic swing from consistantly selling better to consistantly selling worse. I expect Ps4 to win in March if Sony suppliesenough. MGS (heavily sony fanbase) + infamous > titanfall. And Im not sure what else would help X1 for months after

also at @kymmie: I'm just being realistic. I don't have any theories, stats or facts to back my statement, it's just my gut feeling. I'm not buying the whole "supply constrained."
