Ok...I'm not the best person to be voting since I haven't played all of them. I've played 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12.
7 was the most epic game I had ever played at the time.
8 had some great concepts, but I didn't like that I never felt powerful since all the enemies leveled up with me.
9 had some of the worst graphics. I hear it's amazing, but I really felt it was a step back graphically. Of all the FF games that need a remake, this I would prefer the most.
10 is my favorite. It has a pretty cool story, great visuals, and wonderful music.
12 was certainly interesting, but once the Wii came out I stopped playing. I was pretty far into it, but the learning curve is so steep that I can't re-enter my save file and know what the hell is going on or how to survive. I knew I should have waited to buy the Wii, but once the Wii came out there was no turning back. ;/
