Even though they claim it is not a focus I cannot help but believe that it is a source of pride. I really believe that they will get it to a high percentage quickly. The thing is that for gamers it will become less of an issue when better games come out on the system. The same thing happened with the PS2. The majority of BC' issues were fixed after the slim ps2 was released.
Games make me happy!
