That would kill Street Fighter and RE, no thanks. RE in the pits anyway, but still no.

Why would it kill those games? Street Fighter IV port on 3DS did over 1 million and Resident Evil Revelations has sold close to 1 million on 3DS+Wii U, the Gamecube Resident Evil games were able to average about 1.5 million a piece.
Street Fighter V+Resident Evil 7 exclusive to Nintendo's next handheld+console could sell 2-3 million each.

The 3DS SF game is an example of why it would be killed, shipped 1m on release, didn't ship another 100k for almost 2.5 years. It failed to sell through to consumers, and nearly all the sales were at bargain bin prices which SSFIV 3DS has been since a couple months after release.
Every Nintendo exclusive main RE title has been bad for the series. REmake and RE0 sold only 1.25m and 1.35m, RE4 1.6m, all terrible sales and massive drops from other games in the series. Your 1.5m average isn't remotely right and even it was it is terrible sales for the series. Revelations clearly did not do well or they would not have ported it so quickly.
Existing WiiU fighters like Injustice or TTT2 show there isn't demand for fighters on Nintendo systems, even exclusives like TvC on Wii never did very well, incase want to argue those WiiU games are multiplat. Please don't even try and point at SSB, isn't a real fighter and it sells because it is Nintendo only. When new gen fighters get made and are Xbone/PS4 only it would just further alienate SF from those consoles userbases.

1 million is pretty good for a 2 year old port that had already sold over 5 million on other hardware. As an exclusive for Nintendo's next handheld+console 2-3 million isnt out of the question and is solid sales regardless of it being less than its predeccessors.
Resident Evil 4-1.69
Resident Evil Remake-1.42
Resident Evil Zero-1.29
Total-4.4, Average-1.47
Thats pretty damn close to 1.5 million
Also I firmly believe Resident Evil 4 would have sold better if Capcom didnt announce a PS2 port a few months before the Gamecube version released. Over 2 million could have been possible.
It doesnt matter that these games would sell less than previous installments because it would no longer be Capcom paying to make them, Nintendo would be and they are usually pretty good about keeping budgets under control. As long as they can keep a decent size audience (2 million is decent) and make a profit than who cares?
