Not sold out, its simply an unattractive option. Why would you buy a PS4, when you can get a cheaper Wii U that has better games?

So that is why 58k+ people bought PS4's in Japan last week and 8k+ bought Wii U's?

My guess is most people don t buy consoles for what htey expect it will offer over a few months but what it will offer over the lifetime of the console-   otherwise no one would buy at launch-

I bought a Wii U at launch and am both nervous and disapointed in the propspects of the  Wii u over it s lifetime-  I did not expect it to be a 3rd party powerhouse but i did not expect it to be nearly shut off from 3rd parties completely 1.5 years into its lifetime

I also thought Nintendo would be a litttle (or alot) stronger in what it has offered the Wii u)  -

If i could bet money on it, I would bet that the PS4 will have more games and a more diverse library far quicker tahn the Wii U and that the PS4 will outsell the Wii U in Japan over its lifetime and probably by a considerable number-     of all the newer consoles, the PS4 has the least to critisize at this time-

The Wii U needs every one of its owners and supporters to hold Nintneod accountable for their poor effort to date-   any objective person (including Nintendo) would/has acknowledged the Wii U has performed poorly and been a maor disapointment-  Only Nintendo can change that and trying to redirect the problems of the Wii U and Nintendo to some other console is childish (unesss of course you own a PS4 and are genuinly concened about its direction- which is way to early to be concerend)
