I wouldn't call this positive news, at all. Basically, for what it's taking out of MS's pockets the move simply wasn't worth it at all. They were getting beat by the PS3 when they already had a lower price, and this cut isn't putting them over the top. MS is pretty much done in Europe, and all they have left to do is push software out rapidly in the hopes they can recover some of their loses.
You do not have the right to never be offended.
