I have NO IDEA what you are trying to tell here...

PS4 - 8GB of RAM which make 5 operations at once, or 40GB of total operating power.

XB1 - 8GB of RAM which make 3 operations at once, or 24GB of total operating power.

0.032GB of super fast RAM, even with the ridiculous compression ratio (187.5x more powerful due to the compression) the OP suggests, will not make up the 16GB difference of operating pwer the XB1 is missing.
