The 360 had plenty of japanese exclusives and it didnt move the needle.
The X1 cant do anything. Its an issue on a deeper level.
Obviously, japanese developers are not gonna make japanese oriented games for a platform that has no install base. Actually... it hasnt even released nor does it have a release date in Japan.
