I see what you're saying for sure. One other thing I think is noteworthy to point out. Oculus is the only technology listed above who's company has John Carmack (newly) stationed near the top of it. One of the most visionary minds ever involved with anything gaming. Also, someone who has had success with never before seen techologies on small and large budgets. Both with creating techs from the ground up from scratch and with large scale licensing.
