Doesn't keep it from looking like one though.
If you scale back the usability/approachability, it cannot have the same success as it's prior forms.
VR is to 3D TV, 3D Blu-rary, and 3D streaming etc as the WiiU Gamepad is to the original WiiMote. Seems cool to some of us, but ridiculous to the rest of us. The gamepad also being far less cumbersome a gimmick than VR in general.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
