Isn't it a bit absurd when people say play the game to see if you will like it? (mainly for lowly reviewed games)

See, this is where piracy comes in handy. Not every game has a demo, and some demos just suck. Pirate a game, and you get to test it all you want before parting with your hard earned cash.

Hell, I pirated every game I bought on the PSP.
