Are you referring to the XBox 360 Arcade model vs the Wii? The Arcade model lacks a Hard Drive and wireless controller, considered "must have" features.

 

Or has the Premium model gone down in price enough to catch up to the Wii? If it has, it will be interesting to see if Nintendo responds.

 No the arcade has a wireless controller. The only thing it doesn't have is a hdd. It has a memory card instead. Even so it's not a good deal to buy a 360 without a hdd.
