I dont think he is a Zero chance, yes he is owned by another company but then again
He is one of the most requested characters along with Ridley+Megaman+Sonic. Sakarai could ask, Square Enix has a good relationship with nintendo. They made exclusive KH portable for them with BD now.
Like i said he aint in the top 5 but i placed him in top 20 cuz he is as of now the most requested character (alongside Ridley imo) and that might give him the edge, it certainly did with megaman.
Zero chance characters are Goku (WTF is up with miiverse lol) and Banjo Kazooie
