Nintendo's Japanese headquarters built a new development studio in Kyoto. Here's a look at the completed structure.

These images come courtesy of Japanese site Inside Games, which reports the seven-story development studio is roughly the same scale as Nintendo's nearby headquarters, which it closely resembles in design

This is Nintendo's Kyoto headquarters.

And here is its new development building. Notice the circle around the Nintendo logo?

The building's official name is "Nintendo Co., Ltd. Development Center." Love the inclusion of the old style Nintendo font.

The rationale for building the structure was to centralize and strengthen Nintendo's game development. Let's hope many wonderful Nintendo games are developed here for years to come!
