Eh dunno about that however Nomura did say anything that can run DirectX11 he said would have the game. An indie developer found that WiiU could indeed run DirectX11 elements so it could maybe run the game. Like PS4 Wii U uses OpenGL.  Wii U in terms of power is more like the PS2 of this genration and PS4/XBO are GCN/XB.
