Cheaper Price = more console sales.
Lower the price more to compete with PS3 for the mediocrity title. Both XBox 360 and PS3 are getting pwned by Nintendo. Nintendo has not even needed to reduce the price of the Nintendo Wii, in fact the Wii is under priced and struggles to meet up with world wide demand.
