Depends.
I don't care that much about delays or what's happening on other consoles.
The quality of the product matters the most and I ask myself if the game is worth my money.
I wouldn't buy a port like AC3/4 at full price months later (when you can have the PS360 versions for 30 Euros). The price would drop to PS360 levels within a very short time and I'd buy it for a reduced price (like most of the late ports of the Wii U launch were at PS360 prices in spring 2013).
But a well-optimized port with good GamePad features and added DLC could be worth the full price for me (although I hate that Ubisoft games lose their value so quickly).
