Doesn't seem like a very good deal unless you really like NintendoLand.  There have been third party sellers on Amazon selling a brand new Wii U Mario and Luigi Deluxe set for around $300 with Amazon Prime shipping.

Everybody sells the Mario deluxe set for $300, because thats the official price.

If you get it from Amazon you don't have to pay sales tax in most states.  Also free shipping.
