I wasn't going to see this remake either, but my family decided they wanted to go and I tagged along. original was better in my estimation, but the remake was good enough. Though perhaps not quite good enough to actually justify a remake. I don't think it will do well enough to warrant any sequels. |
I don't think I've ever actually seen the original. However, I've had the same thoughts about this remake as you did with the original. I think it looks quite cheesy.
