I'm very surprised you've never heard of Corsair and best PSU in the same sentence before. Granted, it depends on the OEM of the Corsair model.
Seasonic is the best. BeQuiet's best PSU's are manufactured by Seasonic. BeQuiet doesn't do any of the actual production of their PSU's. They usually outsource it to FSP (Fortron Source Power) who are in the upper mid range of OEM's. Corsair's best are also produced by Seasonic. Hence why it's not undheard of to hear Corsair and best in the same sentence. Because it's likely a Seasonic model they are actually talking about (though may not know it).
Unfortunately the Corsair 750CX is built by Channel Well. They tend to be mid range.
