The only big time i had bais and an employee being rude was when xbox 360 and ps3 first released. I was going to purchase a ps3 when one of the employees told me not to buy a ps3 and to get a xbox. I always wanted a ps3 and nothing would change that so i decided to play dumb. I asked him why and he told me that the ps3 didnt have games and that halo and gears were much better then anything on ps3 and that blu ray was the reason and it was inferior to hddvd. After that i told him i wanted uncharted and Metal gear solid 4 more then anything and he quickly said that they were both coming to xbox 360. I knew he was wrong so i told him that in order for metal gear solid 4 to be on 360 it would have to be about 7 discs. He laughed it off and said that those statements were not true and that kojima was paid from sony to say that. At the time the ps3 wasnt seen in a good light so he used that too with the price and inferior ports
I had enought so i confronted him saying he didnt know what he was talking about and that he was a poor sales men. If i wanted a ps3 then let me purchase a ps3. So i put down the ps3, complained to the manager and went to a different store to purchase it.
other then that i dont really have any complaints with ebgames other then that i think there employees need to be more knowledgeable.
