Yes but some are accepted more than others and I think EA has a lot more fans than Nintendo atleast for the high quality of their games.

EA has fans across PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One while Nintendo has fans on 3DS and Wii U. I'm pretty sure EA published games have sold more combined than Nintendo games the last couple of years excluding casual software. So I stand corrected.

Sure, if you move the goal post any company can sell more than the other. Nintendo might be the new EA but if there is one thing they are different is in software sales. Nintendo decimates EA in that regard.
